Question
How to bypass Minecraft's "Ray-tracing is not supported for your device" message?

AFAIK, completely impossible. There's a reason it says it's not supported. In order to do ray tracing, you need a graphics card with the correct libraries and computing power, otherwise you'd see horrible performance, or it'd outright crash.
If you really want Ray Tracing, you'll need to get an NVIDIA RTX graphics card. Or you could try some shaders like Newb shaders.

Sadly, I believe it's impossible
im no computer master, i play on switch but, unless you play pc and you need a special component in said pc, you cannot bypass the "ray-tracing is not supported for your device" without modding your game, even then i doubt that would work.
Bedrock specialists, might you appear?
