Realms, help!

So, I wanted to join realms(on switch), but when i did, it said i CAN'T because the account just wouldn't let me! It offered to send me to a help page, but then it said THAT page could not be displayed! I have tried several times to make this work with no luck, and i am getting incredibly frustrated.please helppp!
