1.12.2 Mouse Acceleration

So basically I have this problem for 1.12.2 on Minecraft where my mouse doesn't smoothly go across the screen and instead goes super fast across the screen. I've tried disabling certain things I checked the Mouse settings I did the poll thing on the mouse yet nothing has changed. Please help!
