1.19.2 modpacks didn't work

when i try to install some modepacks like "create+ (the first of the list)" and "all in one create", the installation stop to applying patch 2 of 6, goes quickly from applying patch 4 of 6 and applying patch 5 of 6 and just stop installing without saying any other things. I doesn't do that with all the modepacks.


recently I discovered this might be because it's some 1.19.2 modpacks, and strangely, I can't even create some personal 1.19.2 modpacks.
