1.9.2 Litematica Question
I am "trying" to learn how to use Litematica. I understand the basics but have a problem trying to place leaves. When I place them they turn orange which I believe means wrong orientation. I used the schematic verifier and this is what it showed:
Expected
Oak Leaves
Distance = 1
Persistent=False
Waterlogged=False
Found
Oak Leaves
Distance=7
Persistent=True
Waterlogged=False
The only difference is the Expected Persistent is False and the Found Persistent is True. The same thing happens in single player and on a server. They are orange whether place not touching anything else or touching another block - same result.
I just discovered this forum and it's such a wealth of information - great job!
Thanks in advance for any help!!!

Fire post!
Persistent means that the leaves wont decay- you won't get them to match up unless you grow the tree with saplings. Distance is just used to measure how far the leaves are from the tree. So in the original build, they were touching a log, however in whatever you're doing now the log is missing.
