A bit of help please?

So, my computer can't handle too many mods (max around 11-12 small-medium mods/5-7 big mods). And I love the mods I have right now, but I wanna add more mods to spice up survival. I could just take out some of the mods I'm playing on right now, but I have made too much progress in my modded world for it to disappear when I take out the mods.... Is there any way to preserve and reload worlds that had mods in them if I re-add the mods later??

The only way afaik is too make a backup and load it later,
also if it’s fabric use sodium, lithium and phosphor
