I was just playing this game normally 5 minutes ago. I was digging a water tunnel for my boats. My pickaxe broked and returned to my home to craft a new one. While coming back to tunnel, I saw this strange thing in my game. This wasn't here and I have no idea how is this occured. Is this a glitch maybe? If it is, do you know how to fix this? Thank you.

do you mean the big stone thing cause yeah that is probably just a weird glitch. dosent seem like too big of a problem.
like at least you get a lot more cobblestone, or maybe its got lots of ores in it!
also just try mining it away.

To me it looks like a world generation bug. They usually happen when you generate chunks using two different Minecraft versions which use a different world generator. But I guess you didn't change the version and it only is one chunk.
If you play on a server maybe someone changed the chunk using commands. If you play in singleplayer I have no idea how it happened or did you use any commands?
Maybe try leaving and joining the world and if it's still there just mine it.
