About A Hunger Games Map.

So, the only thing I need help with at this moment is whether or not I have to do the redstone for the starting area or whether people just use plugins to set out certain players spawn then they can release them when the time gets low like on HiveMC.

It'd help a lot and my solo map is coming on..
