Accessing server chat from outside. Has [WEB] tag.
I've been wondering about this, and couldn't find it anywhere. Sometimes on the server I play on, people access the chat when they're not logged into the server through a Minecraft client. All the text is green and they have a [WEB] tag in front of the chat. Any idea what this is? As I'm a staff member there, it'd be very useful to me to be able to access the chat while not logged in. Thanks for any help.

This server doesn't have any type of live map, and I don't have a phone or tablet. The players talking also don't show as being logged into the server.
It's usually through a live map or a mobile app.
