So my friend bought minecraft about a year ago. About when minecraft started migrating and stuff, he tried to change his skin but it said he didn't even buy minecraft. Now they want the receipt which he doesn't have. Please help?

I don't know what happened... tell your friend to fill this out and see if mojang responds with an answer or if they can get his account back.
