HiJackThis is a program that will show us a basic overview of programs running on your computer, some of which are known to cause launcher login issues. While the program's name does sound scary, it does not give us any personal or sensitive information.
1) Download: https://github.com/dragokas/hijackthis/raw/devel/binary/HiJackThis.exe
2) Run HijackThis as Administrator, choose I accept when prompted.
3) Select "Do a system scan and save a log file," After a while, a text file will open.
4) Copy everything (Ctrl+A and then Ctrl+C to copy), paste the log into paste.ubuntu.com, click on the Paste! button below the text box, and post the link to the log here so that we can read it.

What happens after you click "I accept" (or "yes")?
nothing
Well, okay, it'll be slightly tougher but we can probably skip HijackThis. Do you have any of these programs installed, specifically the ones that are known to cause login or connectivity issues?
Also, have you used MCLeaks, AltDispenser, or any other "free alt" sites like that?

gwell ok your lvl 58 ill do it but how will you read it/ acces the logs
If you take a look at step 4 of my instructions, I explained how you'll copy everything onto a text hosting site (called paste.ubuntu.com) and link us to that page here so that we'll be able to read the log.
If you're still hesitant about HijackThis (I've copied the same set of instructions for hundreds of people and some of them feel the same way you do), you can take a look at this video to see the program in action. The video shows it being used for another purpose, removing viruses, but you can at least see HijackThis' interface and what it looks like.
