Someone could have hacked your account, and they also probably didn't.
What do you mean by "my email isn't working"? Like, you can't access it, forgot the password, don't remember it?
I can't think of any ideas other than changing the password, which you seem to have already done.
Have you seen the [HOT] MINECRAFT CAPES! thread? If so, you probably put your info in there, and they stole it that way.
