Sorry if this is repeated but for example a server is facing financial problems, no players are donating, but the server itself is quite popular...
The server owners then install, AdCraft and/or Adventurize and lets say they begin making money,
I wanted to know the communities thoughts on this, how would it affect you, the player seeing ads in the server chat every 5-10 minutes, would you, the player be happy that you can all continue happily playing with your friends, or would it be annoying.
How would this affect the server owners or make them look? Greedy or would it make them players who are in desperate need in saving their server?
Should they get AdCraft or Adventurize to save the server or find another way?
(Also which one do you reccomend if it is ok to get?)

EDIT: Nevermind. Read Adcraft and saw that it advertises something else not related to your server.

Thanks for your reply, I guess players wouldn't really like the idea of seeing random advertisements, however, when desperate times call for desperate measures I may actually have to use it, for a while that is...
I think you should stay away from AdCraft and Adventurize. I am guessing you are using some hosting to run your server. I run a server from my computer and I do not pay anything. I understand that you may not have a custom gaming computer, but I think something like that should be a last resort.
