I'm doing this thing where I have levers that trigger different kinds of weather, and I need fog... but how? Does anyone know how to add fog or that kind of effect? Maybe with clouds somehow?

I have tried a lot to achieve the same thing. And it doesn't seem possible to get a good looking result without using shaders.
Using a blindness effect could work. Also, adding fog is compatible with Minecraft PE but sadly is not supported in Java. You could also potentially create a texture pack for the pumpkin overlay to achieve a foggy like effect that could be kind of cool, but then you'd need to use a different kind of command and set up the texture pack for it ofc. I wouldn't highly recommend particles though since they can lag the game if you use a mass amount of the simultaneously.
