Adding Server Does Not Work Please Help!

when i try to add a server it says this: ◦The server address provided, 93.170.52.21, is a local network IP. No one can connect to it unless they live in your home. Goto www.whatismyip.com to get your public ip.

but the server is just hosted on a hosting site. so the message is not true!
someone else have this problem?
