Adding to server list only working on PMC

If your're using server hosting, then try contacting the provider to see if they can help with the problem. If you're hosting it on a computer, make sure you've configured port forwarding correctly on your router, Another thing that you might be doing is not using your external ip to give users for them to connect (just type in ip address on google to find it)
