Hello,
I'm a owner of this minecraft server and there are 2 owners cause we split it, the problem is I'm not sure on a few things so if I can have some feedback it would be great,
1) The staff we have never follow the rules and are always trolling including the other owner,
Due to this we lost 3 players, cause the staff were messing with lightning!
2) I'm always doing the Plugins on the server configuring them, uploading them,
I feel like I'm being used,
3) Everytime I need the other owner for a urgent thing he never replies but when it's someone els he reply ASAP,
4) I own the website of the server
5) Everytime I suggest a good plugin I get no reply
6) when I promote a player that's earned a rank I get moaned at
I am fed up of the way the server is run and I want to leave cause I want to start my own server I have got Experence cause I used to own a successful Factions server but life caught up and I had to finish it, I wish I gave the server to my Head-Admin cause I had known him for a while he truly deserved Co-Owner the things he done but I didn't think of that and I shut it down, everyone was upset I was too for hosting a good server but now they moved on, but I wish I gave him it cause the server would still be up now,
Anyway back on topic,
He said he ran a server since 2008 but it is very unlikely the way he runs this server but the thing Is I own the website cause I pay for it but I don't know how to tell him I'm leaving the server and the website is following me.
I already picked my plugins and groups so I'm set up I have my host but I don't know how to tell him I'm leaving could I have some advice on that and some advice on starting my own server again or things I could to improve the Experence for my players the plugins I want are . . .

Is a good name, so please can I have some feedback on the name, advice to tell him I'm leaving, and advice in starting a server again and any plugin ideas I can have on my server, also I'm looking for staff please message me Experence I am very pickey.

Lol, thanks for the advice I am just gonna tell him straight up I'm leaving and remove him off skype, and I will look into the perotection plugins and do you think 3gb will be enough for those plugins plus Protection stones and 50 slots?
Just tell him what you wrote here. If you feel like you are being used and that no one listens to you, then he can have fun doing his own permissions. You have no obligation to stay in a place that you do not feel appreciated for what you do, I should know. I am also managing plugins for our server's owner and he is very glad I do what I do. xD I am not in the habit of taking peoples' crap with everything I do. lol
Also, protection stones or grief prevention are good for home protection.
