i cant download anything on my alienware, its made for gaming but i cant seem to download any games

1. Where are you trying to download games from and to what folder are they downloading to?
2. Are you having trouble installing or just downloading?
3. Are you downloading the games legaly and actually paying for them?
4. Is your alienware properly connected to the internet (If you diddn't post this of your alienware)
5. Are you sure its your alienware as usually PC problems with downloading are't based on the type of computer?
