All Essentials Gamemode Permissions are not working!

So a few days ago all essentials gamemode permissions stopped working. We have tried so many different things to fix this problem. I deleted the two plugins I had recently downloaded. and downgraded a plugin I had recently updated. If you are OP on the server, gamemode does work.
