All users disconnecting every 10 minutes

Hi, I don't know where to ask help for my problem.
I have a dedicated server running on linux. I use bungeecord and spigot lastest build.
There is currently 6 server linked trought bungeecord, all on the same box.
For some reason only one server is having this problem. It freeze for 10-15 seconds then more then 80% of the player get java socket error or endofstream error.
I have another server with the same setup that is working perfectly on that same box. I even tried to copy it and run the ''broken'' server out of the new copied file, I even changed ports for bungeecord. And still only have ONE server not working out of 6 :S
Please help, i don't know what to do next!
