I have 8 GB originally and I want to allocate from my hard drive which has 800GB
I want to have room on my server to play freely without having this come up as a result:
Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for object heap
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.

This was a result of trying to allocate from the pc in direct. I need help doing it with the Hard drive. A video link is best for me, I am a visual.

I'm very sorry but you just made me laugh until i was crying. None the less you cannot allocate Harddrive space to RAM, they are two different components. Since you are running windows and im sure you are running other shit you do not want to give a vm over 4gb of ram. You shouldnt need more than 2gb really depending on what you are trying to do. I've hosted several successful servers with many plugins on 3gb of ram.

What are you trying to do your hard drive is not the same as RAM there is NO POSSIBLE way for you to convert your hard drive into RAM...I don't think you should be owning a server if you don't know this...Just saying.
What do you mean take from the hard drive?
I realize this, it's why i need to take from the hard drive..

means that it can not reserve that ram for the server. Also hard disk space is not the same as ram
