Alright, I've tried pretty much everything
Ever since my minecraft account got stolen two years ago, I've been moping and getting pretty depressed. I'm 14 and am not old enough to earn a way in life, therefor meaning I can't get a new account. I've tried everything I can think of, but my account has definatly been stolen :/ I'm not giving up though XD I'm really stubborn like that, but can someone give me a little help? I'm getting pretty fed up of attempting to get my much loved account back Like, seriously, I've had it since pre-alpha XD

but it would be possible to get it back if he figures out how it was stolen (hacker or friend or something like that) then itll help sortof narrow down to pinpoint/track the person who stole it
Indeed. While it may be difficult for you to get income, it is not 100% illegal to work at the age of 14. I don't know what country you live in, but you can generally work 8 hours per week until age 15/16. after that you could do more.
Even going around the neighborhood just doing little things (mowing lawns, painting fences, washing cars), you can make $25 in a few weeks easily (unless you're in a REALLY poor area). I would have suggested you do this earlier, as even taking it easy it would have been perfectly possible for you to have made back a dozen accounts by now.

I suggest just getting a new account, for whoever stole your account most likely would of changed the email and username.
(Not to mention it'd be hard for Mojang to track it down at this point in time.)

Sorry for your troubles, but please try to edit your previous message rather than posting 4 times in a row with little delay between. Also please do not ask for jar files as this violates mojang's ToS.
