My server always says "offline" and the dot is never green. It's been like that since I uploaded it. Any idea why or how to fix it>

Well you'd have to either port forward your router and run it off your networks external ip or buy a hosted server (Dedicated or VPS) Cost $$.
Ah, so how can I change the IP to a new host or w/e?
PMC does not recognize Hamachi ips is why

Are you using a hamachi server, or a port forwarded server?
