AMAZING FACTIONS/PVP SPAWN HELP

Hello, my name is Fizzie. A friend and I started up a new faction / pvp server up called ArsenicPVP. How ever we have run into one big problem! We do not have a great spawn. We are looking to be very professional about this server. We are looking for something very massive and not anything "kidish". We of course are able to help but are looking for some very nice builders to come and help is with design, layout, style, flow, etc. Our spawn must have a shop and other uses, but we still want it to be very big and impressive to new players who join. We also need help with people joining our server. Posting on PMC and other server sites just does not cut it. We are hoping to really get an active community going! Thanks for your time.
