Amount of staff needed?
Hey I'm starting up a new server here soon and most everything is done: spawn built, plugins configured, multiple worlds set up, lag minimized, and PEX is almost configured. Now I'm on to the recruiting phase. I have a few friends that are going to help me out BUT they all go to the same school. I need people who can manage the server while we're at school and at night. But my question here is- from personal experience, how many people on average am I aiming for to have full staff?

Hahaha, makes TOTAL sense. So online server = secure, less grief, more DONATIONS. Those are always good. Now, another quick question, how would I go about finding good staff? i've been kinda posting on the forums for some but do YOU have any suggestions on how to recruit?
Yes for sure because people think twice before doing something wrong. Easy to ban, No SPAM Bots and less Steves around. And people donates because they want. Cracked servers -_- well people cant manage to buy minecraft soo why do u think they can donate.
hahaha Ok, well it's a good thing I just decided to go premium with my minecraft account. (I never actually had bought the game until yesterday, i was using a cracked version) So then having the server in online mode reduces over half the grievers/hackers right?
Ohh god alot specialy for new servers who has full of xrays. But for us were 2 Owners, 1 Admin and 2 Mods. And all of us have ban perms. If its cracked you will ban at least ~10 people a day. For premium i ban like 1-2 people. XRAY, SPAM and Just beeing eggheads.

That's kinda what I was thinking but I wasn't quite sure. How often do the admins have to ban people on a server about that size?
Well we have 5 People staff thats more then enough for ~50 players servers if staff is active. Theres not a minute that noone from staff wouldnt be online. If they know how to do there job that shouldnt be a problem. But you can get like 10 people because probably you will have like 5 newbies or non-active staff members. Or thos who abuse there powers soo at least you will have what to chouse from.
