F1, F2, F3 and F5 are not working!

I tried pressing F5 on my keyboard to go into third person and it didn't work! I then found out that F1, F2 and F3 wasn't working as well. How do I fix this? If you can help me, thanks!

If you have a laptop and it windows push Shift, and what key you want
if ur using mac, just press fn, if your F1,2,3,4,5 won't work in windows, please change the manual back
try press function the f5
