Animals Don't spawn

So the problem started when I used multiverse-core to disable animals for a while then enable them... animals can spawn if I use a spawn egg but if I use a spawner they won't spawn, however monsters can spawn in any way
im using silkspawners to pick up spawners n'stuff but im sure it isn't that someone have an idea on how to fix this?
