Yes sir, I have been doing these for quite a while and would love to help you. As an added credit, at least 85% of servers I have made banners for have seen a double in average player counts. Here is and example banner made for "RN-Prison." You can ask the owners if you want to here about the results they got from their premium 3D banner!
Since then the quality of my banners has improved and I am much better with the programs I use to create these. I normally charge about 6.50 for a normal banner, but I would be happy to give you are bargain based on your financial needs. Also, I can add Minecraft charters, mobs items and cool effects to your banner.
