On a video from YouTube two hackers were fighting and there were on screen notifications about the hacks they're using(the notifications looked like that they were said using /title command) and I really like this plugin but can't remember its name.PLS help ASAP!

The bad thing is that I don't have the link....In the vid you can even see the NAME of the plugin but I have no clue of neither the video title nor the link
