beastnode is a cheep and easy one if you can't host it from your own network. It has dedicated servers that I've never seen down due to them. They have an easy bukkit installation and simplify the config files for editing.

RAM is quite important, although bandwidth and your SSD are also of importance, a high amount of RAM is needed for a big server. Also, that Fragnent has horrible prices. Far too much. You can also use CrystalHost which is REALLY cheap.

A good host is www.ens-ltd.com/billing . They're the cheapest, they help you when you need it, and they're high quality. I 100% recommend them. For 5$ / month, you can get over 1 GB of RAM.
