hey guys i dont know if this is the right place to post this and sorry if its not but im making a project with world edit and the waters all wierd.
the waters all level its just running, as if i placed a block and deletd it
ive tried //fixwater and all the rest but none of them seem to work can anyone help me?

Is this your server/do you have access to the server files? If not, then you cannot change anything.
its okay now guys, //fixwater decided to work
one more thing, my brush only reaches the standard 4.5 blocks and wont change, how do you put it so you can brush from really far away? ive tried the range commands and stuff like that but it doesnt work?

WorldEdit is simple, but I have no idea what your problem is, more details please?
Try draining it and then filling it back up, if you haven't, all ready. If it's still looking like that, have someone else come to you - It could just be a problem on your side.
