Any tips on getting on get a server popular?
Hi I own a nice server which can hold lots of players but I don't know how to get more players.I have advertise here in planet minecraft, but I still have no luck in server growth and I also have votifier on my server which allows people to vote at vote.lenoxcraft.net.Any tips would be great and if you would like to check it out the ips are ::mc-lc.us::

whats important is to greet every player that joins... if a player gets a warm welcome and a good first impression they are way more likely to stay, so make sure your spawn is a good build thats clear/uncluttered. i suggest buttonwarp or someting similar so they dont spawn into a room covered in signs also give the spawn a nicce view of some builds. when players join welcome them by name and ask them how they are, get plugins that promote players playing together like factions so they make friends on the server this is how u get loyal players. then if you just advertise once a day on planetminecraft you can get up to between 20-30 players after about a month
