Anyone getting this error? Or can help

My pc shut off earlier which crashed the server I am running on it. I have 12gb ram, 6gm to the server. There are on avg 15 members going in and out. Until the pc shut off the server was fine. After I restarted my pc and started the server back up I have been getting this error http://pastebin.com/uTx0WW5t. Also, when I first restart my server some of the chunks had moved. Parts of peoples houses were moved elsewhere. Mountains were moved into cities etc. This error is showing up even with 1 person on. The error is happening at random times.
