I ask this because i have joined many servers that have shitty staff member, either they'er mean or just don't know anything about being staff, also i can help decide which plugins are the best for your server, i'm nice, yet strict on the rules you decide to have.

No... its asking if im needed, its not like im saying , "make me admin now"

This is basically asking to be an admin/aid/mod on a server, do not do that. You don't ask for it you EARN it.
