Anyone need help using Permissionsex?or setting up server?

Hi if you need help setting up a server il be glad to help. I set my own up and god is it alot of work! Anyway i managed to set one up correctly and would be glad to help someone achieve getting there own set up too! I will not ask for OP etc. I just want to help those who need.
