In all seriousness, you need to provide proof. Also, stay active on the forums, because almost everyday there is a "Need Staff." Also, you don't have much written down. An ideal application would go like this:

I consider myself to be a fairly good builder, and a moderate redstoner. I am also fairly good at photoshop, in case you need banners. I do believe that I'm also fairly good at helping people, as I talk things over in fair detail. I consider myself to also be good at stopping griefers, as I am fairly skilled at using Hawkeye. I also am skilled using many other plugins, like World Edit. I learn quickly, and I choose to help the people.
