I dnt want any special ranks out of it or anything i just wanna get a server nice and popular AND i can ADVERTISE

I do not know how to make my server be a bukkit server and to download plugins and all. I know how to use my computer, but im not tech-savvy. So, could someone help me?
Oh, and also, how do I make it be so more than 20 people can be on at one time?
