Practically made MC hire you? By that statement means you are working for "MC" currently? You do know that MC is not the company name correct? And $20.00 and hour? There is free tutorials out there (Google IS INDEED your best friend) These people are just looking for someone who is good enough to put it together how THEY want it and have it work smoothly. I own my own server and I do all the technically work but still don't claim to be "the best".
