Assassination Server - Need A Plugin - |PLEASE HELP|

Hello. I'm making a server and for it to work I need a Plugin that can make chests spawn in places I want with certain items I want in them, then when a player takes the items out the chest disappear/despawns for a set amount of time before coming back.

If anyone knows a plugin that meets all of these needs please comment below or message me, I would really appreciate it.
