Auto Heal is on even on normal Mode

Heya guys,

so heres my problem,

I get auto heal on even if my world is not on peacefull, my world is on normal and health keep auto regenerating....you can't die

I know that sometimes it do this cuz mobs are off but i checked and they are all Up

or maybe its a plugin who interfer
