Autocomplete name in chat box ...

Hi, I remember previously I could do something like /tp Bry(tab) and name, Bryan_Chung will appear. But now i can only do the Bry(tab) right in front of the chat, without any input of command e.g. /tp before it will work. Any idea what plugin is causing this to work? Essentials?
