I get this screen everytime I load my minecraft, the thing is I try to update my drivers card, but it says it is all ready updated, I unstalled it and reinstalled it.

Be sure you have the correct drivers, that is often the cause.
I have all ready this is the problem
Are you sure you updated the graphics card driver? For the right card? For the right setup?
You formatted your computer and then it stopped working, meaning you just need to install the drivers, pretty easy fix.
This is something my brother had, this may work. Go onto your desk top and right click, you should have a list of options and you may have something similar to "Configurable Graphics" on the list,open it, and click the graphic driver, the one you do not have selected (There should be 2, High Performance and energy saver click the one you do not have selected) And make sure you do not have any application open!
If you do not know anything about the internals of your computer, please provide your DxDiag log.

Well I formatted my computer and then it stopped working
I think it is my video card I have and it was made in 2007
If you'd know the brand it would probably help, for example a Nvidia (1xx, 2xx,3xx)
But as the guy above me said ( forgot to read your name, sorry ) it probably is the fact that your card is 6 years old. I'd suggest getting a new one, mostly the 7750 or GTX 650 will do ( anything above is only better )

Make sure you are running off a modern machine. Some old machines like the ones that run xp don't all have graphics cards because back in the day graphics cards were relatively high end as things like flash games and that weren't big and whatnot. Graphics cards were only used on gaming pcs back then. So if you have say a 10 year old computer Minecraft won't run as it requires at least integrated graphics for it to run.
Make sure your driver software is up to date assuming you do have a graphics card. If you have an Nvidia Geforce card download the Nvidia Gefore Experience so you can optimize games for it and have the drivers update. For amd I am not sure you could probably search it yourself.
Finally make sure your graphics card is installed properly. If you have a desktop then open it up and make sure the graphics card (look at pictures of graphics cards, specifically your model if you have never seen a graphics card) is properly connect installed to your motherboard and such.
Other than that I am not sure, contact a local tech guru or IT specialist for further help.
