I've recently tried to create a banner for my server, Didn't go so well.
Can anyone name me a good program to make banners with (ANIMATED) No water marks
I've seemed to got this editing thing down but i'll definitely have to use better
icons.

If you mean to make the banner you can use these drawing programs
-Paint.net
-Gimp
-Photoshop
-Paint Tool Sai
If you want to animate you need multiple frames. You can use these websites to make a "gif."
