For some reason i cant change banner for my server and the one i have looks ugly. Every time I change it, it does not take in effect. Is this happening to anyone else?

Take a look at the staff list (http://www.planetminecraft.com/team/), and select a staff member's profile, then click 'Send Message'. Your best bet might be a super mod like Paril.
Its been around 4 days since the change. How could i get in contact with a PMC staff member?
