Bedrock capes not in java java capes not in bedrock.

Sooooooo i was playing some Minecraft (as i tend to do and i noticed a pan cape, than a common cape.) then i thought (oh thats cool they added em to java) So i went to my wardrobe and they are not there strangely. so i tried going on bedrock which fixed it for the Home cape. But that didnt work please help -Llama
