My server ran by "bisecthosting" and my internet has been under heavy DOS attacks by a hacker that has been taunting me via my enjin profile wall claiming he is hitting my server and internet hard. This is interfering with my online schooling, and my players from enjoying the server. I have no idea what to do as he constantly is using a client he claims he found on titaniumstresser (some hack site i guess) and he has been launching DOS attacks on my personal internet and my servers connection for 2 days now. What do i do? PLEASE HELP.

If he is indeed using titaniumstresser its not a DOS its a DDOS. That means the packet spam that makes your connections drop comes from several ips not just one, therefore ip block wont do anything... This kind of stresser usually uses thousands of ips around the world..

Contact your ISP, gather all evidence against this person as you can, if he is registered in your enjin website you can check his ip and more info, take screenshots of threats, etc.. Ban this dude from website, game, everything you can, eventually he will move on...

Your server is public and therefore can be easily attacked, if your host cant deal with the attacks, just move on to a host with better ddos protection. Case solved.

Now, your home ip is a different thing, how did this person find your home IP?

Get his own IP adress and keep that save. Here in The Netherlands its against the law to Ddos others, so you can go to the police for it.
Don't know the law in your country but it is always handy to keep his IP somewhere.

Call your isp to block connections from that ip and request a new ip
and use a host whit ddos protection and you will be fine
