Hi guys, i'm looking for a cheap server host that can provide me with the following:
1 gig of ram,
1-20 players.
Bukkit support
And 24/7
MY budget is under 7$ a month. for that type of server.

Go to Lowhop. I use them. They have great prices [ your plan would be $5 a month] , and there is little to no lagg. They also have great customer service.

Whatever you do, I wouldn't go with beastnode. They tend to oversell their servers and then they reduce the amount of ram without you knowing so that they can sell more servers.
I use https://minecraftserver.net/billing/aff.php?aff=060 they have 10 slots starting at 5.00usd and 20 slots for under 10usd easy set up with easy to use control panel http://www.multicraft.org/ this allows you to install bukkit plugins and edit .yml files with out downloading and uploading.
Go check them out i am real happy with them. once server is payed for you'll be up and playing in no time.
