Hello fellow Minecrafters my name is TheMuteHammer and I'm here to bring you my personal list of best Minecraft server hosts, so let's get to it.
WolfCraftServer is a cheap and reliable Minecraft Server Host, by cheap I mean 70$/month for 15GB's of RAM, which compared to other companies is really good, price wise.

Minecrafted another great and cheap Minecraft server host, I have used this hosting company in the pas for my Vanilla servers and trust me they are the most knowledgeable and most likely the best at Vanilla server management. The only downside is they ONLY support Vanilla, there is no Bukkit support (yet).

You know, for some odd reason I feel like you're just doing this to get money.
WolfCraftServer has very little customization and all their plans use shared IPs. You also lied about there being a 15GB plan. I'd say you get what you pay for with them, nothing great but nothing terrible. Their domain prices are also too high. I can get a domain for $.50/year, but they're selling for several dollars higher.
The only thing vanilla is good for is for a server with your friends. Otherwise bukkit is the way to go. I'd cross Minecrafted off that list right away. I also read their TOS and the support is terrible as well as their billing terms. If you make a mistake when canceling your plan and forget to cancel the subscription, they will keep the money.
