Best Slot Reserving/Full Server kicking plugin?

Hello!
I need help finding a good plugin that allows you reserve slots, but based on importance.
Example: Full server, donor tries to join, and a normal player is kicked. And also, staff is unable to be kicked off.

SimpleReserve
Add simplereserve.enter.kick to donors, and simplereserve.kick.prevent to staff.
Literally the first thing when I googled "reserve slots bukkit" :P
