For a Factions server, I'd highly recommend you get Factions.

Anyway, I'd go grab Grief Prevention, but in your case not for land protection purposes. It offers anti-chat spam, anti-death/login/logout spam, anti-advertising, anti-spawn camping, anti-relogging, and anti-PvP logging/teleporting. Just make sure it affects no worlds in terms of land protection.
